About Us
The American Society of Equine Appraisers is an organization made up of appraisal professionals and other parties interested in the appraisal profession. Our organization was founded in 1985, the ASEA is the nation's only appraisal association exclusively for horse appraisers. The ASEA is a division of the American Society of Agricultural Appraisers.
ASEA’s mission is to provide educational and organizational support to ASEA members and to serve the public by producing qualified and ethical appraisers who are recognized authorities in the horse appraisal field.

ASEA Goals
- Recognize qualified individuals in the horse appraisal profession.
- Offer educational and instructional information to members and other individuals who wish to pursue a career in horse appraising.
